Los Alpes is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, produced by Carlos Emilio Vélez at his farm in Antioquia. This lot is 100% Chiroso variety, grown at 1850 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a meticulously monitored natural process, including selective hand-picking, floating, and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by drying in a traditional 'casa helda'. It offers a silky, smooth body with vibrant fruit flavors of fresh strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry, complemented by a playful sweetness reminiscent of yoghurt gummies.
