Summary
A decaffeinated Colombian coffee from the Monkaaba producer network in San Augustin and Ricabrisa, Huila, grown at 1650–2000 masl. A collective effort in which each producer delivers cherries to the bodega, where the coffee is sorted and milled before being sent to Descafecol for decaffeination using a sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate (EA) process. Washed and roasted for both filter and espresso, it is sweet and creamy, with notes of tiramisu, freshly made donuts and macadamia.
