A Rwandan coffee from smallholder farmers in the Ngoma District, processed at Baho CWS. This lot features Red Bourbon cherries undergoing an extended anaerobic natural fermentation of up to 300 hours, resulting in a vibrant, soda-like cup with notes of kombucha, cantaloupe, and pomegranate. Grown at 1500-1800 MASL.
