Danche
Summary
A natural processed coffee from the Gedeo highlands of Ethiopia, grown by around 400 smallholders and processed at the Danche Washing Station. The high altitude (2000-2300 masl) and slow cherry maturation contribute to a vibrant cup with strawberry, raspberry, and sugar peach sweetness. The lot is fermented underwater for about 72 hours and sun-dried on raised beds for 8-20 days, resulting in a thick, sticky, and deeply fruity profile.
