A natural Pink Bourbon from La Armenia, a small 1.5-hectare family farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by Don Héctor Díaz, a founding member of the El Bombo cooperative. Grown at 1800 MASL, the cherries are flotation sorted, undergo monitored fermentation and are slowly dried in full cherry on raised beds.
