Summary

A washed Pink Bourbon coffee from Colombia, produced by Carlos Andrade at La Bonita farm in Planadas, Tolima at 1990m elevation. The meticulous post-harvest processing by Jorge Rojas produces intensely fruity aromas of sun-drenched grapes, cherries in brandy, and a subtle hint of vanilla with an irresistible sweetness. The coffee was harvested in January 2024 and undergoes a detailed washed fermentation process including 36 hours of whole cherry fermentation, followed by another 36 hours after pulping, then gentle washing and mechanical drying.
