Colombia Anaerobic Natural Gesha - La Estrella
Summary
A single-origin Gesha coffee from the La Estrella farm in Quindío, Colombia, produced by Jairo and César López. Grown at 1700–1750m elevation and processed using anaerobic natural fermentation (64 hours) at La Cristalina. The coffee offers ganache aromas on the beans and grinds, while filter extractions reveal caramel, strawberry jam, and red fruit notes with high acidity. In espresso, rum and raisin aromas are prominent. Available in omni-light roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
