Colombia - Cerro Azul - Hybrid Washed Geisha
Summary
A washed Geisha coffee from the renowned Cerro Azul farm in Valle del Cauca, Trujillo, Colombia. Grown at 1700-2000m elevation. Processed using a hybrid washed method involving a 14-hour open tank fermentation, 18-hour oxygen-free fermentation, and 24-hour aerobic fermentation after pulping, then mechanically dried at 37°C. Delicate floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle with creamy vanilla sweetness, bright citrus notes of lemon and sweet orange, and subtle red fruit hints of raspberry and strawberry. Light roasted with a lively, crystalline acidity suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
