This washed specialty coffee from Colombia comes from Finca Santa Maria, produced by Armando Benavides, a pioneer of agroforestry. Grown at 1751–2000 meters, it combines Caturra and Castillo varieties. The nose reveals caramel and yellow fruit aromas; on the palate, juicy yellow fruit acidity gives way to a round, sweet body reminiscent of 70% dark chocolate with red fruit nuances.
