Watermelon Smash
Summary
Watermelon Smash is a filter blend of three Colombian coffees. 50% Pink Bourbon (Finca Sinaloa, Huila) is honey-processed and co-fermented with fresh watermelon by Ana María Trujillo, giving juicy melon and a long iced-tea finish. 30% Castillo (Finca La Cristalina, Quindío) is natural-processed by the Grajales family with 64h oxidation, adding tropical sweetness and creamy body. 20% Castillo/Caturra from Nariño, washed, produced by Jesús David Vallejo, brings clarity and creamy coconut mouthfeel. Tasting notes: melon, mango, coconut, iced tea.
