Summary
A decaffeinated single origin coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by the ASOMUJER association of women producers in Timaná. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. Grown at 1,400-2,000m altitude. Washed processed and decaffeinated using the natural Ethyl Acetate (sugar cane) method. Flavour profile features sweet notes of caramel, cane sugar, chocolate, marzipan, amaretto, toffee, malt, and almond, with subtle cider acidity, a very soft and creamy mouthfeel, and a long chocolatey finish. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
