Single origin coffee from Colombia, grown in the Las Chinas area of San Agustin, Huila region, on the Las Juntas farm. Produced by Diever Galindez at an altitude of 1,800 meters. This Pink Bourbon variety is washed processed with a 20-hour dry fermentation. The cup profile features sweet red berries, caramel, dried apple, raspberry, blackberry, panela, salt lemon, and light stone fruit notes, with a present citrusy acidity, berry and cane sugar sweetness, and a soft, silky body. Suitable for all brewing methods, especially filter coffee.
