Summary
Single origin coffee from El Salvador, produced by Carlos Mauricio Lemus Landaverde on the Pena Redonda farm in the Chalatenango region, grown at 1,500-1,550m altitude. The Pacamara variety is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype (Elephant bean). Honey processed. Flavour profile includes cookie, lemon, candy, berry, stone fruit, caramel, dried apple rings, and hazelnut. Medium body with soft but present citrus acidity and a long sweet finish. Roasted as omniroast, suitable for all brewing methods including filter and espresso.
