Grown at 1,000-1,300m altitude, this Arara variety is processed using the Natural method. The cup profile features notes of cocoa, nut, caramel, chocolate, roasted hazelnut, salted caramel, and honey, with low acidity and a round, full-bodied mouthfeel.
