Part of Right Side Coffee's direct trade initiative in Colombia. Grown from Caturra and Castillo varieties. After manual harvesting, the coffee is washed and dried in a solar dryer for approximately 20 days until it reaches the appropriate moisture content. Fruity sensory profile, roasted for espresso.
