Familia Pencue Filter

Summary

Single-origin Colombian coffee from the Huila department, produced by Javier Pencué of the Pencué Fierro family at 1780 masl. Grown from Colombia and San Bernardo varieties, it is harvested manually, floated, rested in the pod, de-pulped and fermented for 24 hours in a tiled tank, then washed leaving some mucilage on the parchment and dried in a solar dryer for about 15 days. A washed filter roast with a fruity cup profile.
