A washed coffee from smallholder farmers in Planadas, South Tolima, Colombia. Grown at elevations up to 2,050 metres above sea level, this organic lot comprises 1,042 small growers organised into 23 farmer groups. The coffee is made up of Colombia, Castillo and Caturra varieties. Cherries are organically grown, depulped, fermented, washed, and dried in parabolic greenhouses for 10-18 days. Tasting notes include raspberry and red apple with a creamy dark chocolate body and long lasting finish.
