Kolumbie Chiroso
Summary
Fruity and wild natural Colombian coffee from the Quindío region, produced by Incorporate, a family-run processing centre working with local producers. The Chiroso variety, linked to original Ethiopian genetics, is known for its intense aroma and complex, perfume-like fruitiness. Cherries were hand-picked at optimal ripeness, density-sorted in a water tank, fermented, then sun-dried to 10-11% moisture and stabilised at room temperature. Flavour notes of bonpari, raspberries and port wine. Suited to both filter and espresso.
