Merrybeans is a specialty coffee roaster in Prague, Czech Republic, roasting on a Giesen machine under Vyšehrad since August 2023. The story is personal: Vojta's great-grandfather had a roastery called Maruška, confiscated in the 1950s, and the name evolved from Maruška to Mary to Merrybeans.
