A Geisha variety coffee from Colombia's Tolima region, grown at 1750m on the Indigena de Paes plantation by the ASOCANAFI cooperative, involving over 170 families from the NASA WE'SX indigenous community. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic washed process and presents a bright cup with jasmine and bergamot floral notes, mandarin and passion fruit citrus acidity, and honey-like sweetness. Transported across the Atlantic via the Fresh Coffee Clean Ocean sailing initiative.
