Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, SL28 and Ruiru 11, grown at 1500-1600 m and processed washed, natural and anaerobic. The cup is soft and round with a fruity expression: tropical fruits and white peach, delicate orange blossom, brown sugar, blackberry and blackcurrant. Designed for espresso, it reveals roundness and balanced fruitiness.
