This organic coffee from Colombia is produced by the ASOCANAFI cooperative, uniting over 170 indigenous families of the NASA WE'SX community in the Tolima region. Grown at 1800-2200m altitude. Varieties include Red Caturra, Typica, Castillo, and Colombia. Washed process. Flavour notes of dark chocolate, orange, coconut, muscovado, and vanilla. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation. Transported by sailing cargo ship Anemos to reduce carbon emissions.
