Summary

Belén is a Colombian coffee from the Quindio region, produced by the Grajales family. The Pink Bourbon variety is grown at 1350 meters above sea level under shade and managed organically. The coffee undergoes a natural anaerobic process: ripe cherries are fermented for 64 hours in temperature-controlled bags, then sun-dried on patios until reaching 10-11% humidity. Flavor notes include chocolate, tamarind, pomegranate, and floral.
