A Colombian coffee from the Risaralda region, produced by the Asoapia organization, which purchases from 10 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1600-1900 meters above sea level. Processed using the washed method. Varieties: Caturra and Typica. Flavour profile includes orange, citrus, sweet notes with honey aftertaste, nougat and caramel. Medium body and medium acidity. Recommended for espresso preparation (17g in, 32g out, 29 seconds, 92.5°C water temperature).
