Brazil – India
Summary
Brazil – India is a blend of two single-origin coffees: Brazil Samba from Minas Gerais (1000 masl, Natural processed, Bourbon/Mundo Novo/Catuai varieties) and Monsoon Malabar from India (985 masl, Monsoon processed, by Allanasons Limited). The coffee offers notes of chocolate, honey, chestnut, and pleasant spiciness. As espresso it is bold and spicy, while with milk it reveals dark chocolate and cedar aromas. The Monsoon processing is a traditional Indian method where coffee is exposed to monsoon winds for 3–6 months.
