El Encanto Gesha
Summary
El Encanto Gesha is a washed Gesha coffee from the Acevedo family farm El Encanto, located in Filandia, Quindío, Colombia at 1750 meters above sea level. The farm was established in 2017 by Gustavo Acevedo and is now run by his daughter Daisy Acevedo, a second-generation coffee grower with a background in biology, and her husband Freddy. This coffee offers a very bright and crisp citrus front with floral aroma and great texture, featuring an elegant Gesha profile with great sweetness and a juicy finish.
