Frukt

Frukt is a contemporary specialty coffee roaster based in Turku, Finland, roasting since 2018. They take an omni-roast approach—each coffee is dialed in to work equally well as filter or espresso, which makes them a solid choice if you like to switch up your brew method without switching bags. Every month they curate a subscription box featuring two different coffees they're most excited about, from seasonal offerings to rare releases. They ship locally with Posti, across the EU with GLS, and overseas with DHL Express. And they suggest resting your coffee 2–4+ weeks—patience pays off with these beans.
