Summary

Anderson Castrillón is a specialty coffee from Colombia produced by Anderson Castrillón in La Celia, Risaralda at 1600 meters altitude. The varieties are Colombia and Castillo. It undergoes a Semi Washed process with a double fermentation approach including layered and anoxic fermentation in cherry. Flavour notes include tropical fruit and citrus with complex fruit notes, high aromas, great mouthfeel and texture. The coffee is roasted for both filter and espresso.
