Hacienda Venecia
Summary
Single-origin Colombian coffee from Hacienda Venecia in Tolima, grown at 1400-1600 MASL. The variety is Catiope-55, a hybrid of Sachimor and Ethiopian Heirloom developed for the local terroir since 2015. This lot was processed naturally and shows a vibrant sweetness with notes of rich papaya, red apples and cherries alongside a silky mouthfeel. The farm, operating for over 100 years near Manizales and close to Los Nevados National Park, maintains close ties with local farms and schools.
