Fortitude Coffee

Fortitude Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Edinburgh, roasting seasonal single origins that spotlight extraordinary growers. Their deep relationships tell the story—seven years returning to Rwanda's Shyira washing station, three years sourcing from Oaxaca's Sierra Mazateca. They work with producers like Claudia Samboni and Mario Hervas, highlighting rare varieties from Pink Bourbon to Typica Mejorado. The lineup rotates with each harvest, featuring meticulous washed and natural lots from Colombia, Rwanda, Mexico, and Ecuador. A subscription service delivers fresh beans on a schedule. No cafes—just serious coffee, sourced with care, roasted in Scotland.
