A single-origin filter coffee from Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia, produced by brothers Néstor and Adrián Lasso. The coffee is of the rare Pink Bourbon variety and processed using anaerobic washed method: cherries are hand-picked, depulped, dry-fermented in sealed tanks for 24-48 hours, washed multiple times, and dried on raised beds for 15-20 days. Flavour notes include rose, peach iced tea, and lemon zest.
