Single origin filter coffee from Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, managed by Diego Robelo. It features the rare Esperanza varietal, an F1 hybrid cross between Sarchimor and a wild Ethiopian variety, processed with an intensive 24-day African washed method on raised beds in solar dryers. The estate is Costa Rica's largest farm, a verified carbon-neutral operation on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano known for environmental sustainability and social equity. Flavour notes of dried fig, sultana and buttercream.
