Summary

Decaf coffee bags from Extract Coffee Roasters. The coffee is ethically sourced from Brazil and naturally decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) method, where green beans are soaked, steamed and washed in an ethyl acetate solution to remove caffeine before roasting. Ground coffee is individually packed into nitro-flushed, compostable wraps; each box contains 8 coffee bags. Brew with hot water for five minutes, with or without milk. Flavour profile in the cup: chocolate gateau, black cherry and brown sugar.
