A Colombian decaffeinated coffee produced using the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine using only water, time and temperature without solvents or chemicals. The green beans are washed and pre-soaked, then caffeine is extracted via green coffee extract and carbon filters, leaving the coffee 99.9% caffeine-free. Tasting notes include chocolate and caramel combined with orange and sweetness, light dairy notes, a fruity and balanced sensation, pleasant sweetness, creamy body and light acidity. SCA score of 83.
