Villa Pastora
Summary
Villa Pastora is a single-origin Arabica coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Yulieth and Gerson Mora Ortega at the Villa Pastora farm in Palestina. The Red Bourbon variety is washed with a distinctive fruit pre-fermentation using strawberries and pineapple, then dried on African beds and finished in a mechanical dryer. The cup is characterized by lively acidity, a silky body, and a persistent finish, with notes of caramel, pineapple, raspberry, dried fruits, and cocoa.
