Ethiopian washed coffee from the Gedeo zone, produced by EDN at the Halo Beriti washing station at 1900–2300 m. Varieties 74110, 74112 and Heirloom. Cherries are hand-picked, depulped, fermented and washed for 12–48 hours, then dried on raised beds to about 11% moisture. In the cup it is soft and complex with milk chocolate, peach, lemon, chamomile and honey, gentle acidity, a silky body and a persistent finish. Roasted in Bordeaux for both espresso and filter.
