Bourbon Sidra
Summary
Colombian specialty coffee from Finca Buenos Aires in Pitalito, Huila, grown at 1,800 m by producer Jhonatan Zúñiga. The rare Bourbon Sidra variety is processed as a natural with anaerobic fermentation and sun-dried to about 11% moisture. The cup is expressive and complex, with notes of raspberry, strawberry and lychee, a vivid citric acidity, a round, silky body and a creamy lactic sweetness with a long, lingering finish. Roasted in Bordeaux, France.
