Summary
Mandela is an exclusive Arabica variety created by Café Granja La Esperanza on Finca Potosí in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. It combines Caturra, Timor Hybrid and Ethiopian landraces such as Sudan Rume, Daleco and Villa Sarchi. The coffee is naturally processed with a controlled fermentation and sun drying. The cup is juicy and persistent with dark chocolate, citrus, blackberry, blueberry and plum notes. Roasted in Bordeaux, France.
