La Victoria Lavé
Summary
Organic 100% Arabica from Honduras, grown between 1300 and 1700 m in the Marcala area of La Paz by smallholders of the COMSA cooperative (Café Organico Marcala). A blend of Catuaï rouge, Icatu and Paraneima varieties, fully washed after depulping and fermentation. Balanced, harmonious cup with milk chocolate, cocoa, hazelnut and dried fruit notes, a delicate lemony freshness, soft acidity, syrupy body and a persistent finish.
