Decaffeinated
Summary
A decaffeinated 100% Arabica blend from the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1600-1950m. The beans are decaffeinated using ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane, a process that leaves a hint of sugar cane in the cup. The cup profile is described as floral with citrus, milk chocolate, and red berries, and is balanced for espresso, cappuccino, and lungo. Processed by washed method. Varieties are mixed.
