Ethiopian coffee from the West Arsi region, grown at 2150 meters above sea level at the Refisa Washing Station. Processed with a combination of natural and washed methods: 60 hours of drying in the cherry, then washed process, and final drying for 10 days. Heirloom varieties. Cup profile features floral notes, grapefruit, and citrus fruits, with a complex and clean character ideal for filter brewing.
