A filter coffee blend combining two Arabica varieties from Uganda (Mount Elgon, 1200-2000 m) and Rwanda (Lake Kivu, 1900 m). Uganda is washed, Rwanda is natural. Varieties include SL14, SL28, and Red Bourbon. Cup profile features rosehip, berry sweetness, marzipan, and creamy texture. Ideal for cold brew, filter/pour over, French press, and AeroPress.
