A single-origin coffee from Finca La Piragua, owned by Alexander Vargas in Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1800 masl on mineral-rich black soils. The Pink Bourbon variety is processed using anaerobic washed method: whole cherries undergo 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in barrels, then pulped, washed, and dried for 15 days. Tasting notes include strawberry, orange, and rosehip, with a juicy, citric profile. Available as filter or espresso roast.
