A natural processed coffee from Aquiares Estate, one of Costa Rica's most historic farms, located in Turrialba. This lot is a field blend of Obata and Marsellesa varieties, grown at 1100-1400 masl. The cherries are carefully hand-picked, floated, and dried in three stages: pre-drying on solar patios, slow drying on raised beds, and final mechanical drying. Expect a fruity, jammy cup with notes of cherry, plum, and milk chocolate.
