A Peruvian Geisha coffee produced by Bill Klinton at his farm El Romerillo in San José del Alto, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at over 1,750 masl under romerillo shade trees. The coffee undergoes a hybrid washed process involving anaerobic fermentation in plastic bags for 48 hours, depulping, secondary fermentation in mucilage for two days, then drying in a specialized module for approximately 15 days. Flavour profile includes magnolia, peach, and tangerine with intense floral and fresh fruit notes.
