Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Bolivia · mostly natural and washed lots

Based in Amsterdam, Uncommon is a specialty coffee roaster with a cafe and wild pastry bar in the city's heart. They chase single-origin coffees that change with the season—different origins, experimental processing methods, newly discovered varieties. Their real focus? The people growing the beans. They build close relationships with producers and share the stories behind each lot, celebrating the grit and creativity it takes to farm in a changing climate. Coffees rotate seasonally, so there's always something new to discover. They offer subscriptions for home brewing and host Foraged & Fermented evenings at their Amsterdam space. Every cup is a tribute to the legends behind the beans.
