Summary

Single-origin Tanzanian coffee from the Glenmalure section of Ngila Estate, located on the edge of the cloud forest surrounding the Ngorongoro crater in Northern Tanzania. Grown at 1252 m in the Karazu region from the SL28 variety and processed washed: hand-sorted, pulped, fermented as parchment for 12 hours, washed, then dried on raised beds for 8 to 13 days. Taste notes of blackcurrant, golden raisin and prune. Available as whole bean or ground for filter, Aeropress or espresso/mokapot.
