Acacia Hills, Ab Washed
Summary
Shade-grown coffee from Acacia Hills Coffee Estate in the Ngorongoro highlands of northern Tanzania, produced by Leon and Aideen Christianakis. The estate is run as an agroforestry system with bio-char application and rotation cycles. This lot is 100% Kent variety, a classic Coffea arabica selection linked to the Bourbon family, grown at 1,750-1,950 masl and washed for a clean, crisp profile. In the cup it shows sweet summer fruits like strawberries, juicy citrus notes and a milk chocolate richness.
