This Bourbon Ají lot is processed using an Advanced Natural method involving selective hand picking, controlled oxidation, and anaerobic fermentation. It offers a complex cup with honey, vanilla, berries, blackberry, cherry, jasmine, and strawberry candy notes, vibrant acidity, and a clean, balanced body. Recommended for both filter and espresso brewing.
