Brazil: Daterra Guarani Aramosa
Summary
A Brazilian micro-lot from Daterra Coffee's Masterpieces range, grown at 1150 m in Patrocínio, Cerrado Mineiro. The Guarani variety belongs to the Aramosa line, a cross between Coffea arabica and Coffea racemosa developed with the Instituto Agronômico de Campinas. Anaerobic natural fermentation with drying on raised beds. In the cup it shows green grape and Concord grape, magnolia and honey, with a bergamot finish — silky body, almost no bitterness, clean and bright. Recommended for filter and espresso.
